- Free plan: uploads stop at the limit, playback stops at 5,000 minutes.
- Annual = pay 10 months for 12.
- Founding offer: the first 10 paying customers get 30% off for 12 months on any paid plan.
- Referral: 10% off for 12 months per referred customer in active use, and 10% off for 3 months for the new customer. Maximum total discount 40%.
- Active use = a different company (different phone, card and domain), two paid months in a row with no refund, 5,000 watched minutes a month on a verified domain, not banned.
- Payment methods: mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, cards.
- Cancellation: turn off renewal any time. The current paid period stays active.

Is VAT included in the price?
No. All prices are without VAT. We add 15% VAT on the invoice, so your company can claim it back.

Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Annual = pay 10 months, get 12 (before VAT).

What happens if I run out of minutes?
On paid plans, you get an e-mail at 80% and 100%. Playback continues to 120% of your minutes, then stops until the next month or an upgrade. We never stop playback without warning. There are no automatic extra charges.

What counts as an "hour"?
One hour of 1080p video. 1440p counts as 2 hours and 4K as 4 hours, because they cost more to store and encode.

Do you upscale my video?
Never. You get the qualities your source has, up to your plan's maximum.

Is the pilot really free?
Yes. 30 days, no card: 10 h stored, 10 h uploaded, 20,000 minutes watched, up to 1080p. At the end you choose a paid plan or go back to free limits.

Who is the founder discount for?
The first 10 paying customers. 30% off for 12 months on any paid plan.

Can agencies put their own brand on the player?
Yes. Pro has your own logo and colors. Agency is full white-label: no segmnt name anywhere in the player, 25 projects and 50 domains.

No. segmnt is infrastructure for businesses only.
